About an existing order

Include your job number — it looks like hc-a1b2c3 and Claude will have given it to you when you ordered. If something arrived damaged or wrong, a photo in the first email usually settles it in one reply.

For a quick status check you do not need us at all: ask Claude where your order is and it will tell you the current stage and the tracking number once one exists.

Requesting access

HardCopy Labs is running an invite-only pilot while we prove the process out end to end. If you would like in, email us and say roughly what you would want printed. That is genuinely all the application there is.

Before you ask for a quote

We quote from a model, not from a description, so the fastest path is to bring the STL — or describe the object to Claude and let it build one. Useful things to mention: rough dimensions, what the part has to do, and whether it will live somewhere hot, outdoors, or under stress. That last one decides the material, and sometimes it tells us we should not print it at all.
